As the situation continues, we want to let our customers know that we are taking new measures to ensure the welfare of our customers, employees and the community by following the guidelines given to us by the Government.

BUSINESS AS USUAL

Dorothy Perkins remains open online and is still operating as usual. Our express delivery option is currently unavailable but we can still deliver orders to your home with our standard delivery option on all orders which will take 2 to 5 business working days for customers to receive their orders. However, do expect a slight delay in receiving your orders. We want to make sure that all orders are being delivered to our customers safely.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF OUR STORES

To continue to ensure the welfare of our customers, employees and community, our stores will be temporarily closed from 7 April till 1 June. We are looking forward to welcoming you back when our doors are open again. 

If you wish to return any of your in-store purchases between 23 Mar to 6 April, return dates are extended and your items are eligible for in-store exchange or refund from 2 June to 30 June.
